Duplicate Quote & Orders

Order Duplication

1. We will be enabling the feature to duplicate the Orders.

2. Orders under any status will have a option to DUPLICATE any existing order under customer account.

3. Once user clicks on it & if there are any items already in the cart it will display an alert popup having following options-

   1. Clear Cart & Duplicate Order

   2. View Cart & Save Quote

4. Duplicating an order will copy all the details like

   1. Shipping Information

   2. Product Information along with all the modifications

5. The user has to enter the P.O. number on the first step as it will not be copied from the existing order.

6. Users will be able to edit the copied information on respective steps & process it to place the new order.

Quote Duplication

1. Like orders, there will be an option to enable the Quote Duplication feature for Quotes.

2. Quotes under any status will have an option to DUPLICATE any existing Quote under customer account

3. The function will work in a completely similar way to Order Duplication.
