Order & Quote Listing

1. From the Dashboard when VIEW ALL will be Clicked for Quotes or Orders, we will land Users to Quote / Order Listing Pages respectively.

2. We shall keep the Experience of List on the Dashboard and Listing Pages the Same.

3. We will be having filter options on the Listing Pages.

4. We will Show 20 Entries Per Page and then, it will follow the Magento Default Pagination.

5. The Data we show in the Individual Quote or Order Entry Can be Changed in the Future but for Now, We Can Keep it as Depicted in Mockup.

6. The following details will be visible on the list page.

   1. Quote Listing

      1. Quote ID along with some quick CTAs for “View”, “Edit” and “Delete” at the top of each quote tile.

      2. Attributes such as “Last Date Edited”, “Door Style”, “P.O. Name” “Designer”, ‘Status” and “Primary Door Style will be shown on each quote tile.

      3. It will also show the total price on each tile for the respective quote.

      4. Filter Option (Date, Door Style)

   2. Order Listing

      1. Order ID along with status label and “View” CTA

      2. Basic summary about the order such as “P.O. Name.”, “Submitted Date”, “Ship/Delivery Date” and “Door Style” will be shown on each order tile.

      3. It will also show the total price on each tile for the respective order.

      4. Filter option (Date, Status, Door Style)

Order & Quote Detail Page

1. Under Quote View, there will be Convert to Order button. When clicked, if there is any Item already in Cart, we will show Popup Asking for confirmation and Two Options "Clear Existing Items" and "View Cart & Save Quote". Clear existing items will clear Existing Cart and add Current Quote to Cart. View Cart & Save Quote will take user to Cart Page where he can view the items & save them as a quote before converting a new Quote to Order.

2. Orders will have Basic Information on Top and below Items Ordered, Invoiced, Shipments, Credit Memos, and RMA. All this information will be in Tabs.

3. We will allow to Download Same information from Quote and Order View Print Option. We will give that Button on the View Page of Order and Quote Detail Pages.

4. We will be keeping the original Quote Number on the orders.

Order & Quote PDF File

1. Order PDF File

   1. It contains all the information added by the user along with the payment methods and shipment process.

   2. Following details are going to be there on Order PDF

      1. PO Number, Order No. & Date of Order

      2. Original Quote Number on the PDF & Printouts

   3. Address (Billing & Shipping)

   4. Order Details (Payment Details, Shipping & Delivery Date, Designer, Sales Rep and Reference)

   5. Table with product information including Assembly Type, Hinges, Modification with Unit and Total price.

   6. Payment Summary at the bottom.

2. Quote PDF File

   1. It contains all the information added by the user and it will show based on the saved information on respective steps.

   2. Following details are going to be there on Quote PDF

      1. PO Number, Quote No. & Date of Quote

      2. Address (Billing & Shipping)

      3. Shipping Information, Designer, Sales Rep and Reference

      4. Table with product information including Assembly Type, Hinges, Modification with Unit and Total price.

      5. Pricing Summary at the bottom.

3. Quote PDF File (Marked up Price)

   1. It contains all the information added by the user and it will show based on the saved information on respective steps.

4. Following details are going to be there on Quote PDF (Marked up)

   1. PO Number, Quote No. & Date of Quote

   2. Address (Billing & Shipping)

   3. Shipping Information, Designer, Sales Rep and Reference

   4. Table with product information including Assembly Type, Hinges, Modification with Unit and Total price. (Prices will be different based on the mark up percentage added by the dealer

   5. It will have 2 logos (“Everwood Company Logo” & Dealer Logo)

   6. Note – Everwood is just for reference, it will be replaced with the client’s name.

   7. Pricing Summary at the bottom.
