- We will be enabling the feature to duplicate the Orders.
- Orders under any status will have a option to DUPLICATE any existing order under customer account.
- Once user clicks on it & if there are any items already in the cart it will display an alert popup having following options:
- Clear Cart & Duplicate Order
- View Cart & Save Quote
- Duplicating an order will copy all the details like:
- Shipping Information
- Product Information along with all the modifications
- The user has to enter the P.O. number on the first step as it will not be copied from the existing order.
- Users will be able to edit the copied information on respective steps & process it to place the new order.
- Like orders, there will be an option to enable the Quote Duplication feature for Quotes.
- Quotes under any status will have an option to DUPLICATE any existing Quote under customer account.
- The function will work in a completely similar way to Order Duplication.
