Company and Staff structure will be as shown below-

  1. Each Company at Magento will have a Company Admin customer and Staff Member customers.

  2. Each of Company Admin and Staff Customers will be considered as Individual Customers in Magento and they will have their own Account on Dealer Portal through which they can login and place Order and all those Orders will be placed under that Company.

  3. The Company Admin Customer will have capability to add/manage as many Staff Members as possible to a Company from My Account Section of the Dealer Portal under that Company.

  4. One Customer with the same Email Address cannot be Part of Two Companies. Company to Customers is One to Many Relationships Means, One Company can have one Master Company Admin and Multiple Staff Members, but One Customer (Company Admin or Staff) Can only be part of One Company at a time.

  5. The Company Admin will be able to view all the orders placed in that company.

  6. Company staff will be able to view all the orders from that company or just self-orders, this configuration we need to manage in the admin side. If it has been given rights to view all orders, it will be able to access all the orders otherwise only self-created orders will be visible to him.

  7. Company Admin and Staff Members will NOT be able to see Each other's Quotes and Replacements.

  8. The Credit Limit will be assigned to Company Level and all the customers from that Company will be able to use Credit from Same Pool.

  9. At Company Level, we will store Company Billing Address & Company Name of related Customer.

  10. At Customer level, we will store Billing and Shipping information, Warehouse Assigned, Customer First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Sales Rep, Customer Group (Multiplier), Tax Preference etc.
